MCS Test are now the exclusive distributors in the UK for LUMILOOP. LUMILOOP GmbH is a spin-off supported by the Dresden University of Technology and funded by the "Exist Research Transfer" program of the German Ministry of Economics and Energy. LUMILOOP develops and markets ready to use optically powered systems: from the sensor through the optical power and data transfer to the software - all from a single source.LUMILOOP has launched the LSProbe that is claimed to offer a significant reduction in measurement time and effort for radiation immunity testing. Continuous streaming of 500,000 samples per second provides precise timing and characteristics of the electric field strength in reverberation chambers and multiple probes can measure synchronously. From 10 kHz to 6 GHz the LSProbe is claimed to deliver best-in-class dynamic range (70 to 100 dB) for electric field strengths from 0.1 V/m to 10 kV/m. Extensive frequency and temperature compensation data is supplied for each probe.
The R&S CMW500 wideband radio communication tester now emulates WLAN networks in line with the IEEE 802.11ac standard.
Company Will Also Demonstrate Solutions for 802.11ac and 802.11ax, Bluetooth Low Energy and Mission Critical IoT Applications.
In response to wide ranging changes within the business, MCS Test Equipment has now changed its brand name to MCS Test.
Cobham AvComm has recently announced the release of ADS-B INTEGRITY™, a PC application to support testing of ADS-B Out equipment installations.
