Rigol launches new Real-Time Spectrum Analyser
Rigol have announced a significant new addition to their product portfolio - the RSA5000. This new series of real-time spectrum analysers incorporates the power of a high performance swept spectrum analyser with superior real-time performance, unmatched in this product category.
Track intermittent and frequency-hopped wireless signals in real-time
Engineers integrating WiFi, Bluetooth and other modern RF technologies can encounter complex challenges like frequency hopping signals, channel conflict, and spectrum interference. Real-Time Spectrum Analysers bring the dimension of time to RF Analysis making it simpler to monitor and characterise these complex RF systems. The RSA5000 combines industry-leading realtime performance (7.45µs 100% POI), rich data displays, and advanced triggering options allowing the user to quickly capture, identify and analyse these complex events.
The RSA5000 Series features a user-friendly 10.1'' multi-touch screen which supports touch gestures as well as the traditional knob/button control. The series is available as four different models, covering frequencies of 9 kHz to 6.5 GHz. The RSA5032 covers frequencies up to 3.2 GHz as does the RSA5032-TG, which comes with its own built-in tracking generator The Rigol RSA5065 and RSA5065-TG cover frequencies up to 6.5 GHz with the latter featuring an in-built tracking generator. All models have a maximum sample rate of 51.2MS/s, provide resolution bandwidth (RBW) down to 1Hz and a RealTime Bandwidth (RTBW) of max. 40MHz. (option). As well as delivering real-time spectrum analysis, all models can also be used in the traditional swept scan mode if required.
