The MT8820C gets a new option

Published: 9th April 2013

Anritsu’s RF Tester MT8820C has a new option that enables analysis of leading-edge mobile devices incorporating the new ultra-fast technology evolution.

The new software means that the MT8820C becomes the first single-box tester that provides LTE device designers and manufacturers with the capability to conduct three critical CA receiver measurements providing them with a cost and space efficient solution.

The new option leverages the ParallelPhone Mode (PPM) dual-RF capability of the MT8820C to simulate inter-band and intra-band downlink Frequency Domain Duplex (FDD) CA with call processing.

The MT8820C is an all-in-one Radio Communication Analyser that is the ideal solution to test LTE, 3G and 2G wireless devices.
