About Attenuators, Combiners, Phase Shifters & Switches
Wireless cellular standards are developing faster than ever. We supply test and measurement solutions for all current cellular communications technologies

Combiners
RF combiners and dividers, also known as combiners and splitters, are multi-port devices and modules that combine or split RF signals between a single port and the other ports. These include active splitters, flux coupled baluns, Wilkinson splitter/combiners and Doherty combiners.

Attenuators
An attenuator is an electronic device that reduces the power of a signal without appreciably distorting its waveform. An attenuator is effectively the opposite of an amplifier, though the two work by different methods. An RF switch or microwave switch is a device to route high frequency signals through transmission paths.

Switches
Incorporating a switch into a switch matrix system enables you to route signals from multiple instruments to single or multiple DUTs. This allows multiple tests to be performed with the same setup, eliminating the need for frequent connects and disconnects.

Phase Shifters
RF Phase Shifters are used to change the transmission phase angle of an input signal. Ideally phase shifters provide an output signal with an equal amplitude to the input signal, any loss here will be accounted to the insertion loss of the component.
