The VBA2700 series is based on rugged silicon DMOS technology. The amplifier operates in class A, the benefits for EMC applications being very low distortion and tolerance of 100% mismatch.

The Vectawave VBA2700 Series is a member of the Vectwave 0.7- 2.7 GHz family of high power amplifiers, designed primarily for EMC applications. The VBA2700 series is based on rugged silicon DMOS technology. The amplifier operates in class A, the benefits for EMC applications being very low distortion and tolerance of 100% mismatch.
