Vectawave VBM2560 Amplifier Series Product Description
The VBM 2560-1 module generates in excess of 1W over an instantaneous frequency range of 2.5-6.0GHz. It incorporates balanced stages throughout, for high stability and good port VSWR. The design is based on GaAs technology, and incorporates an internal negative voltage generator.
